Conceiting the Victory is the musical project of 24 year old singer/songwriter Shane Kelly hailing from North Carolina. Shane explores the themes of love and regret in his lyrics. Over the past year and a half Conceiting the Victory has shared stages with acts such as Elliot, Further Seems Forever, Count the Stars, Mae, Copeland and many others. Conceiting the Victory also landed a clothing sponsorship with Level 27 clothing and soon found his demos were being heavily traded over the internet. In the spring of 2004 Shane will be appearing on the Orange Peal Records "Blossoming Media Tour" with Steel Train, The Berlin Project, Dexter Danger and Ateriavia. Orange Peal Records will be releasing Conceiting the Victory on a split cd with Ateriavia due to be released the first day of tour. Conceiting the Victory is best known for his live performance. Shane bares his soul every time he steps on stage winning over audiences with his honesty and passion.
